WGSE REAL JOB COACH
The Job Coach plays a pivotal role in the delivery of person-centred
careers and employment (REAL Supported Employment) practices within
WALK and WGSE and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of some
key deliverables. Job Coaches are key drivers and champions in the
organization's efforts to ensure people are supported to have the best
possible life.

RLT CAREERS & EMPLOYMENT FACILITATOR
As part of the WALK Real Life Training (RLT) delivery team, C&E
Facilitator will lead engagement with participants, identify
vocational and transition goals as well as training and support needs
to develop relevant experiences of work, placements and sustainable
further education, training, and employment opportunities.

RLT LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER
As part of the WALK Real Life Training (RLT) project delivery team,
the Team leader will support the Programme Coordinator and Careers and
Employment Facilitators to develop and deliver the RLT Programme model
in partnership with the stakeholders.
